There is a unique residential building built-in the rock in one of the most famous and picturesque town on Lake Como.

Its unique design provides the convenient driveway and parking using a car lift. Going down the road level you will see nothing but the lake. The residential building has 2 wings, which remind the sail, thus all 14 apartments have a great view over the lake through the high windows and spacious terraces. Each apartment has a mooring place and 1 or 2 parking lots.

There is system "Dry dock" which provides automatic lifting of a vessel using a remote control. Automatic gates hide your vessel from prying eyes and the weather. All upper levels of a building with apartments and garages have the direct access from the dock by lifts and stairs.
